It may not feel like it at first, but there is always a way through struggles. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own –we’re here to empower and guide you.
Seeing my child struggle with making friends because of her social anxiety was really difficult to watch as a mother. At first I was worried about trying therapy, because she just refused to open up to anyone. But the therapist at the clinic was so warm and understanding and over time she was able to start opening up. Now, she's actually making friends and doing so much better socially. I'm beyond thankful for the clinic's help—it’s been amazing to see her come out of her shell.

My marriage was on the rocks; my partner and I just couldn’t connect on an emotional level. Going to therapy felt like a last resort, but it turned out to be the best thing for us. We’ve learned how to be open and vulnerable with each other, and it’s changed everything. We’re closer and more caring now than ever before. Huge thanks to our therapists for showing us the way.

Childhood trauma was messing with my ability to be the mom I wanted to be. I was always anxious and quick to get frustrated with my own children. I felt so much guilt and shame because I had promised myself I would be the perfect parent I never had. Therapy helped me accept myself and identify my strengths and challenges, which made me a lot more present for my family. It’s like I’ve found a new way to connect with them, and I’m so grateful for the clinic’s support through my healing journey.

After I lost my job, I felt like I lost a part of myself. I’ve always been a workaholic, so it hit me hard. I was skeptical about therapy, but it turned out to be exactly what I needed. It helped me find confidence and joy in myself, beyond just my career. Now, while I’ve landed a new job that gives me purpose, I’ve also learned my worth isn’t just tied to what I do. Big thanks to the clinic for helping me see that.

Struggling with codependency felt like a never-ending cycle. I was addicted to my relationships, always trying to make everyone happy, even if it meant losing bits of myself along the way. Setting boundaries just wasn't in my vocabulary, and I got hurt a lot because of it. Therapy was a game-changer for me. It taught me that I don't have to give up who I am to be liked or loved. Now, I'm building healthier relationships and friendships, making sure my own needs are met, too.
